We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. Our hotel policies help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between the Crescent Lake Inn & Suites and the guest. Our policies may change from time to time, so please check back often.

  • Check In: 3:00 PM (During Weekends, we require minimum 2 or 3 Nights Required).
  • Check Out: 11:00 AM (During Weekends, we require minimum 2 or 3 Nights Required).
  • Early Check In or Late Check Out If Available, $40 Extra Applicable for the Service. Check Out is 2 Hours Max & Check In Early is upon Availability.
  • Balance due upon arrival.
  • No personal checks.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • Holidays and Weekends are subject to a rate change.
  • Rates subject to change without notice, except on advance reservations that have been confirmed.
  • Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days to allow time to receive deposit if sending a check.
  • Office hours posted on the front door. If arriving after 5PM, guest must notify the office for special check-in arrangements.
  • Parking for one car per unit.
  • No phones in rooms. (At this Time).
  • A deposit of 1 or 2 nights is required to confirm reservation.
  • Cancellations prior to 2 Weeks of your arrival will receive a return deposit in the form of a credit, a less $25.00 for processing. We do not refund cash at all.
  • Prices shown in the website booking is for maximum 2 people in each room. $15 per additional person over 5 years old is applicable.
  • There will be a loss of deposit for a cancellation made within 14 day of arrival.
  • Lost key is a $30 locksmith charge.
  • Deposits are not transferable.

Note: By bringing a pet in our facility you are agreeing to the hotel’s pet policies and to indemnify the hotel for any injuries, damages or loss of revenue to the hotel or a third party caused by your pet. As the pet’s owner/handler, you are responsible for any liability arising from your pet’s actions.
